Employer Responses by Country
In recent years, QS received a dramatic level of response from Latin America. These counts and all subsequent analysis have been adjusted by applying a weighting to responses from countries with a distinctly disproportionate level of response.
Up until 2011, whilst employer respondents have been asked to provide a Job Title, the survey has not offered a finite selection of choices to make the analysis straightforward. With the survey presented in a dozen languages the variety of synonyms for similar roles is significant. From 2011 we have been taking the time to run a matching exercise to give us an idea of the aggregate level of seniority amongst employer responses. In future a list will be provided so that over time we can reduce the number of “Other” responses in the below table.
